The Assumption Parish School Board will receive electronic bids starting November 1, 2020, from 12:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, for Lawn Service 2021.
All bid documents may be viewed by visiting www.assumptionschools.com/projects. Bids must be submitted via our e-Procurement site located at www.centralauctionhouse.com.
 
Bids shall exclude all taxes.  Act 1029 of 1991 exempts local governments from state and local sales taxes effective September 1, 1991. All bids must be submitted electronically.
 
The electronic bids will be opened and tabulated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.  Electronic bids received after 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, will not be accepted. The Assumption Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any quotations and waive any informalities or accept any bids that may serve its best interest.
