Sealed bids will be received by the Municipal Clerk of the City of Jackson, Mississippi, at City Hall, 219 South President Street, Jackson, MS 39201, until 3:30 PM local time on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for:

Proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished and sealed and deposited with Municipal Clerk prior to the hour and date above designated. A copy of the construction documents (plans and/or specifications) for the construction being sought has been filed with the Municipal Clerk of Jackson, MS. Official bid Documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.

The City of Jackson hereby notifies all bidders that in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 that all bidders will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.

For bids that are being mailed in or hand submitted, it should have the title of the bid with the bidder's name included. As required in MS Code § 31-3-21, all bids submitted for public or private projects where the bid is in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) shall contain on the outside or exterior of the envelope or container of such bid the contractor's current certificate of responsibility number.
 
                                                                              
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD – NON-MANDATORY
