The Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport is soliciting proposals for Professional Engineering Consultant and Management Services. The MSPA desires to secure the assistance of a professional consulting firm knowledgeable in port engineering and development that is ready to assist the Port in implementing varied public work projects. The selected firm shall be responsible for providing professional project management, engineering design, construction management, maintenance management and assistance, and general technical expertise as requested in the daily and routine operations of the MSPA.  The firm must be licensed to perform engineering services in the State of Mississippi.
