Magnolia Regional Health Center (MRHC-Hospital) invites qualified accounting /audit firms to submit proposals to perform annual financial audits in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the provisions of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB), The Financial Reporting Entity, for financial reporting purposes.
The term of the contract is for a period of three (3) years and scope of work beginning with the fiscal year ending 09/30/2024, with two (2) one-year options for renewal.
The most recent audit of Hospital was for the period ending 09/30/2023. Copies of prior auditor's reports are available on (mshospitaItransparency.com).

Hospital Responses - Responses from the Hospital will be communicated by email to all participants of this RFP Submission of Proposals.
Date and Time - Proposals must be received by June 12, 2024 at 11:00 am CST. Responses received after that time will be considered non-eligible.
