REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NO. 23-001
 
 
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by Jefferson Clinical Services, Inc. (“JCS”) for a community-based Mobile Crisis Services team that provides mobile psychiatric emergency services for individuals and families in Jefferson Parish experiencing a behavioral health crisis, 24-hours per day, 7 days per week.  Services are designed to divert individuals from emergency departments.
 
 
This Request for Information is issued by JCS.  All inquiries must be made in writing.  The primary point of contact for questions regarding this RFI is:

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 9:00 AM via Zoom conference.  A Zoom link will be sent to all interested participants prior to the conference. All questions must be submitted in written form via email to the above email address by Tuesday, November 1, 2022.  A copy of questions and answers will be provided to all prospective contractors attending the pre-proposal conference.  Any action taken as a result of verbal discussions shall not be binding; only written communications from JCS shall be binding.
 
 
The original plus eight (8) copies of the proposal must be submitted to Penny Martin, by Friday, December 2, 2022 by 4:00 PM CST.  Proposals should be hand delivered to the Authority office at 3616 South I 10 Service Road West, Suite 200, Metairie, LA 70001.  All proposals must be clearly typed on one side of 8½ x 11 paper in 12 point font (Times New Roman, Arial, or Calibri).  All proposals must be in a sealed envelope with the RFI number clearly written on the outside of the envelope.  Late proposals will NOT be evaluated.
 
This announcement does not obligate JCS to award a contract or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of proposals.  JCS reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all proposals submitted, and/or to cancel this request.  Any contract(s) awarded shall be based on the proposal(s) most advantageous to JCS and the community served.  All contracts are subject to the availability of funds.
