PUBLIC NOTICE


The Beauregard Parish Sheriff Office will receive sealed bids until 10:00 o’clock A.M., Monday, November 26, 2012, in the Conference Room, Civil and Tax Division, 120 South Stewart Street, DeRidder, Louisiana 70634, for the purchase of:

Software for Revenue Collections application to include but
not limited to sales/use taxes, occupational licenses, insurance
premium taxes and delinquent accounts.

Specifications may be obtained at the Civil and Tax Division of the Beauregard Parish Sheriff Office at the address given above during regular business hours.

All bids must be submitted by hand delivery or by registered mail to Beaux Victor, Tax Administrator, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Office, 120 South Stewart Street, DeRidder, Louisiana, on or before the time specified above. All bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope, “Bid on Revenue Collections Software”.

Bids will be evaluated by purchaser on quality, cost and adaptability and must interface with existing software.
