Notice is hereby given that the City of Covington is seeking qualification statements to create a pre-qualified pool for professional services for outdoor public space enhancements projects. Vendors must be experienced in outdoor space beautification projects, including but not limited to landscape design and maintenance, irrigation systems, and the construction and cleanup of hardscapes and concrete. The purpose of his RFP is to identify and pre-qualify a diverse group of experienced vendors that will be eligible for projects within the scope of the City’s public space improvements based on purpose, need, and funding availability for projects.

Qualifications are to be submitted either by hard copy or electronically as per the RFQ instructions.  Electronic submission is through Central Bidding. You must register directly with Central Bidding to utilize this service.
Minority, women-owned, and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate.
Qualifications statements must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time), on December 26, 2024. The City of Covington assumes no responsibility for delayed or undelivered mail or express packages. Qualifications statements which are not delivered to City Hall by the above specified time and date will not be considered. All qualifications statements will become part of the City’s public record on this matter, without obligation to the City.
