The Cameron Parish School Board is issuing a Request for Qualifications for a Large Loss, Turn Key Emergency Restoration Contractor to be prequalified to do restoration work, if needed, at any or all Cameron Parish School facilities in the event of any unplanned disaster, freeze, hurricane, flood, etc. occurring through January 31, 2026.
The Contractor would need to have a work crew and available equipment capable of handling multiple, large loss clean ups at the same time. The Contractor should have at least three years of experience in the field of Emergency Restoration. The Contractor must be able to provide, but not limited to, the following: drying and temperature control, mold remediation, mucking-out of buildings, smoke and fire clean up, and emergency construction if needed. The Contractor must provide published rates for drying equipment, labor cost, consumables, and materials. The Contractor must show proof of license in Louisiana and insurance. The Contractor must provide three references of like kind projects.
