All bids must be submitted on the WP Government bid form in a sealed envelope marked “Bid enclosed – Link Belt Truck Crane”. Bids may also be submitted on this web site.

Proposals will be open and read aloud at 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 28, 2011, in the conference room of the Washington Parish Government Office at 909 Pearl Street, Franklinton, LA 70438.

Washington Parish reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities.

The successful bidder agrees to accept the crane “as is” and agrees to remove the crane from Parish Government property by December 5, 2011.
