Request for Qualifications
for
Engineering Services

St. Charles Parish is seeking statements of qualification for Engineering Services associated with the Turtle Pond Pump Station Upgrades, a project funded through the Louisiana Watershed Initiative CDBG-MIT Program. Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from Blaise Kenney by e-mailing a request to [email protected]. Be sure to reference the project name in the email request.

Submittals must be received by the St. Charles Parish Purchasing Office at P.O. Box 302, Hahnville, LA 70057 or 15045 River Road 3rd Floor, Hahnville, LA 70057, no later than 10:00 a.m., local time on Monday, July 15, 2024. Any submittal received later than the specified time and date will NOT be accepted or considered.

No facsimile, email, or telephone submittals will be accepted. Submittals MUST be sealed and clearly labeled: RFQ – St. Charles Parish CDBG-Mitigation Program - Engineering Services for the Turtle Pond Pump Station Upgrades on the outside of the envelope/package, as well as the firm’s name, address, and license number (if applicable).

No Central Bidding submittals will be accepted. 

The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of HUD, CDBG, the State of Louisiana, and St. Charles Parish. All submittals received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system, which is identified in the Request for Qualifications package. The package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
