Social Studies Consultant(s) for U.S. History, World History, and Mississippi Studies/Geography: The vendor will be responsible for providing social studies curriculum units and maps for United States History, World History, and Mississippi Studies/Geography courses. Also, the vendor will be responsible for providing Forest Municipal School District with Social Studies consultant(s) to provide professional development training for teachers in United States History, World History, and Mississippi Studies/Geography during the summer of 2023 and during August 2023 professional development days. The goal of the FMSD is to utilize these resources to provide extra instructional support and resources for the United States History, World History, and Mississippi Studies/Geography teachers. This program must be aligned/correlated to the Mississippi College and Career Readiness Standards, and all curriculum maps and units must follow and/or align to the MAAP United States History Assessment.
