ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by the Sabine Parish School Board at 695 Peterson Street / P.O. Box 1079, Many, Louisiana 71449 for Job #2010-20 CLASSROOM ADDITIONS FLORIEN HIGH SCHOOL, Florien, Louisiana, until 2:00 PM Tuesday,April 26, 2011 at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Complete bid documents may be obtained from Yeager, Watson & Associates, Inc., 808 Versailles Blvd, Alexandria, Louisiana, 71303-2377, Telephone (318) 445-2446.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and all additive alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. The Successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date for receipt of bids.

Bidders must meet requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor's Licensing Law
R.S. 37:2151-2163.

Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies and provisions, produced,
manufactured or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to articles offered by
competitors outside of the State. Preference provided by R.S. 38:225 will be used if
applicable.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities
incidental thereto. Bids which deviate from the project plans and specifications will
not be considered.
