Vendor must participate in the FCC E-Rate Program and is responsible for complying with all rules and regulations of this program, including providing invoices to the Schools and Libraries Division in order for the school system to receive appropriate discounts. Sealed responses must be submitted to the Washington Parish School Board, 800 Main Street, Franklinton, LA 70438 no later than 10 a.m. CST on Thursday, January 7, 2010.
