Bids will be opened on October 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Trustee Board Conference Room in the Vivian M. Presley Administration Building, 3240 Friars Point Road, Clarksdale, Mississippi  38614.
Bids must be clearly marked with the appropriate bid number and delivered or address to the Business Office, 3240 Friars Point Road, Clarksdale, Mississippi  38614-9799.  Bidders may obtain detailed specifications and additional information from the Business Office at (662) 621-4124.
