Math Consultant Services: 5th-8th Grade: RFP No. 25-03    
Forest Municipal School District is requesting proposals for Math Consultant Services for  5th-8th grade. The vendor will be responsible for providing mathematics support and            professional development to 5th-8th grade teachers to specifically address mathematics  standards, resources, and instructional strategies. Along with providing mathematics support        and professional development to staff, the individual(s) will be responsible for providing pacing  guides, resources, and assessments for each grade level.
