High Dosage Tutorial Services-Middle School (5th-8th Grade) Grade: RFP 25-12
Forest Municipal School District is requesting proposals for high dosage tutorial services to address student learning gaps in middle school (5th-8th grade). The high dosage tutorial proposal should include at minimum the following services: data review to identify student learning gaps; individualized tutorial services to address learning gaps among students; and collaboration with classroom teachers to plan and implement high dosage tutorial services outside of the classroom. At the vendor's discretion, the vendor may include additional services within the proposal.
