CHOUDRANT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - Access Control System and Video Intercom / Control System

Main Entrance Doors – Install Fingerprint access control system and AIPHONE with electric strike in the existing storefront system. Retrofit as required. Tie electric strike on door to new AIPHONE master station located at Reception. Add new access controller and connect to fingerprint reader.

CHOUDRANT HIGH SCHOOL - Access Control System and Video Intercom / Control System

Main Entrance Doors – Replace entry doors, frame and transom as indicated. Add a fingerprint access control station, AIPHONE door station and tie to electric door lock
and master station located at Reception Area. Add new access controller and connect to fingerprint reader.

New Fencing - Add new 6’ ht. steel fencing with 8’ ht. gates and side panels in 2 locations on the North side of the school. 3’ wide steel gates to have panic hardware for exit in the direction of egress. Add new 6’ ht. chain link fencing with 8’ ht. gates and side panels in sizes and locations as shown on plans. Four (4) different locations shown. Gates to have panic hardware for exit in the direction of egress. Install double gates with keyed lock as shown. Install new 6’ ht. treated wood fencing at existing dumpster location. Install an approx. 35’ chain link cantilever gate at rear entrance drive with fingerprint access and access control system. Tie to master station at Reception Area and Front Office (dual location). Cantilever Gate – Install new fingerprint access control system and connect to new system at Reception Area and Front Office (dual locations).

Concrete Work - Remove existing concrete entrance steps, ramp, pilasters, railings and a portion of the front sidewalk. Install new concrete steps, ramp, pilasters, railings and sidewalk. Install new HDCP parking signage and sod.

DUBACH ELEMENTARY - Access Control System and Video Intercom / Control System

Main Entrance Doors – Replace entry doors, and portion of glass, existing frame to remain - retrofit. Add a fingerprint access control station, AIPHONE door station and tie to electric door lock to master station located at Reception Area. Add new access controller and connect to fingerprint reader. Replace four (2) existing hollow metal double doors and hardware with new hollow metal doors in existing frames.

New Fencing - Add new 6’ ht. steel fencing with 8’ ht. single gate and side panels in 1 locations on the Southeast side of the school. 3’ wide steel gate to have panic hardware for exit in direction of egress. Steel fencing to run in between 2’ square brick columns. Add new 6’ ht. chain link fencing with 8’ ht. gates and side panels in sizes and locations as shown on plans. Several gates to have panic hardware for exit in direction of egress. Install double gates with keyed lock as shown. Install an approx. 42’ ornamental steel cantilever gate at front entrance drive with fingerprint access and access control system. Tie to master station at Reception Area.

SIMSBORO SCHOOL - Access Control System and Video Intercom / Control System

Main Entrance Doors – Replace storefront entry doors in entirety. Add a fingerprint access control station, AIPHONE door station and tie to electric door lock to master station located at Reception Area. Add new access controller and connect to fingerprint reader. Add new storefront separating new entrance door and office. Create a new hollow metal framed opening entrance to the Office Waiting Area.

New Fencing - Add new 8’ ht. chain link fencing with 8’ ht. gates and side panels as shown on plans. Gate to have panic hardware for exit in direction of egress. Add new 6’ ht. chain link fencing with 6’ ht. double gates and keyed lock as shown on plans. Tie new 6’ fencing to existing. Install an approx. 46’ chainlink cantilever gate at rear entrance drive with fingerprint access and access control system. Tie to master station at Reception Area. Tie to existing fence with new 6’ ht. chainlink. Restripe existing parking as shown.

Contractor to review full set of plans and specifications before bidding work.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at the Lincoln Parish School Board Office located at 410 South Farmerville Street in Ruston, Louisiana. Owner Telephone (318) 255-1430 and Fax (318) 255-3203. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
