REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
 
Proposals will be received by Washington Parish School Board until Monday, January 13, 2025 at 3:00 PM at its Central Office located at 800 Main Street, Franklinton, Louisiana for
 
SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM AND INSTALLATION  AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: 
1.        ENON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ; 14058 Highway 16, Franklinton, LA
2.       FRANKLINTON PRIMARY SCHOOL; 610 T.W. Barker Drive, Franklinton, LA
3.       FRANKLINTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL; 345 Jaguar Drive, Franklinton, LA
4.       FRANKLINTON JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL; 617 Main Street, Franklinton, LA
5.       FRANKLINTON HIGH SCHOOL; 1 Demon Circle, Franklinton, LA
6.       MT. HERMON SCHOOL; 36119 Highway 38, Mt. Hermon, LA
7.       PINE JUNIOR AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL; 1 Raider Drive, Franklinton, LA
8.       THOMAS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL; 30341 Highway 424; Franklinton, LA
9.       VARNADO JUNIOR AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL; 25543 Washington Street, Angie, LA  70426
10.   WESLEY RAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL; 30523 Wesley Ray Road; Angie, LA  70426 
Proposals shall be submitted to 800 Main Street, Franklinton LA 70438; Attn: Dana Knight, Director of Finance.
Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.  A tabulation will be made for consideration by the Washington Parish School Board.  Bid received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be opened and will be rejected.
This project will consist of security cameras and required installation for the school campuses specified above. All work must be completed by May 15, 2025.
Submittal of Electronic proposals is allowed as an option .  Electronic proposals must be in pdf format and shall contain the same information and items required for paper proposals including bid bond.  Electronic proposals will be accepted at www.centralauctionhouse.com and follow the link to Washington Parish School Board. 
 The Washington Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the process.
