Notice is hereby given that a sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School Board Purchasing Department, located at 202 Rue Iberville Lafayette, Louisiana, 70508.  Delivery to any other department other than the Purchasing Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal. 
 
Sealed proposals will be marked as follows:
 
Medicaid Billing
            (Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy,
            Special Education Transportation, &
            Special Education Related Services)
       
        RFP# 58-23
 
        Opening:  April 6, 2023 @ 10:00 a.m. CST
 
 
The RFP# 58-23 is to obtain a proposal from a qualified vendor to provide Medicaid Billing Services to the Lafayette Parish School System.
 
A Request for Proposal package may be obtained from the Purchasing Department website at https://www.lpssonline.com/departments/business-services/purchasing under ‘Bid Specifications’.  Proposal information may also be viewed online, and electronic proposals may be submitted online at www.centralauctionhouse.com.  Specifications will be available Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
 
The Lafayette Public School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services.  To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase of sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available.
 
On April 6, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. CST, only the name of the proposal respondents will be read aloud in a LPSS Conference Room.
