INVITATION TO BID
 
The Clarksdale Municipal School district is soliciting bids for a base LED video scoreboard. Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Business Manager of the Clarksdale Municipal School District, until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2020.
For a listing of the bid specifications and instructions to bidders please go to the district’s website (www.cmsdschools.org) and click the link “Bid 2020-Feb-2 Base LED Video Scoreboard.” Official bid documents can also be downloaded at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions regarding the electronic bidding process, please contact Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. Mailed bids should be sent to P.O. Box 1088, Clarksdale, MS 38614. The envelope must be marked “Bid 2020-Feb-2 Base LED Video Scoreboard” in the lower left corner.
The Clarksdale Municipal School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids not meeting the outlined specifications.
