Magnolia RegionaI Health Center will accept sealed bids for a Digital Patient Intake Solution: The selected Vendor shall provide patients with the ability to complete a “touchless” self-registration prior to a scheduled visit. This solution will provide patient appointment confirmations and ability to pre-register, including uploading copies of their IDs and insurance cards, insurance verification and opportunity to pay expected out of pocket liability and/or outstanding balances. On the day of the visit, the patient is sent a reminder/arrival instructions and can check-in electronically before arriving onsite. Upon check-in, the department will be notified and patient provided a QR code (or similar functionality) that will be scanned upon arrival. Magnolia staff will have a dashboard that provides an overview of all patients’ status for the day of arrival, copayment due, alerts for incomplete information or errors.
