ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PARISH ROAD SIDE GRASS MAINTENANCE

Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at 160 East Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, New Roads, Louisiana until 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2012 and then publicly opened and read for the Parish Road Side Grass Maintenance (grass cutting) along
110 miles of parish owned public roads.
Prospective bidders should consider and include cost and services required for the following operation:

• Provide the needed equipment minimum 3 tractors w/ mowers, manpower, fuel, and maintenance
• A minimum of $1 million general liability insurance to maintain both sides of all parish owned roads monthly/annually
