ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the projects named below by Hinds County School District until April 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. and then publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. 
 
Hinds County School District is seeking a research-based and proven assessment and instruction solution aligned to the state standards in reading and mathematics.  The program must include an assessment suite that addresses a range of assessment needs with one solution, including a web-based, adaptive diagnostic, interim growth monitoring assessments, and assessment of standards mastery.  
The platform should include a comprehensive reporting suite for grades K-8 and differentiated online instruction, as well as a digital reporting of English Language Arts and mathematics instructional resources to guide teacher-led differentiated instruction for students performing at grade levels K-8.

Bids must be submitted by Thursday, April 17, 2025, at noon, and then publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. in the Annex at Hinds County School District office.  Bids may be submitted via mail, hand delivery, or electronically via the website www.centralbidding.com. If bids are mailed or hand delivered, please provide six copies.  
The Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities, the right to reject the bids, and the option to postpone action and final decision for a period of up to sixty (60) days after opening the bids.
