FOOTBALL FIELD GRADING & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

Sealed bids for Football Field Grading & Drainage Improvements for West Lincoln Attendance Center, will be received by the Superintendent and Board of Trustees, until 10:30 AM local time on April 13, 2021, at the Dungan Engineering, Brookhaven Office, 120 E. Chickasaw Street, Brookhaven, Mississippi, 39601, and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read.
 
The work involved in the project includes drainage and grading work at the football field as described in the project Construction Drawings and Contract Documents.  All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P. A., 120 East Chickasaw Street, Brookhaven, Mississippi 39601, (601) 823-7026 or Official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. 
 
Electronic bids and/or reverse auction bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of request for Construction Drawings and Contract Documents.  A copy of the Contract Drawings and Documents may be examined at the office of Dungan Engineering, P. A., 120 East Chickasaw Street, Brookhaven, Mississippi 39601.
 
A pre-bid conference for this project will be held at the office of Dungan Engineering located at 120 E. Chickasaw Street, Brookhaven, MS  39601, on April 6, 2021  at  1:00 p.m. (CST). Attendance is strongly encouraged, but it is not mandatory.
 
Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents.  The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
