Sealed bids will be received by the HATTIESBURG CONVENTION COMMISSION until 2:00 p.m. on FRIDAY FEBRUARY 17th 2023, at the front desk of the LAKE TERRACE CONVENTION CENTER, 1 CONVENTION CENTER PLAZA, HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI 39401, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for the following project:

MOELLER MILITARY MUSEUM – METAL BUILDING KIT

A single bid will be received for only the materials listed.

Sealed bids shall be submitted in person, or by mail. Bid documents are available at the front desk of the Convention Center, or by request. Documents are available via paper copy or pdf.

Electronically submitted bids shall be submitted via CentralBidding.com.

Electronic requests for bid packages may be submitted via email to Herb Cornelius at [email protected], or obtained via CentralBidding.com.

The deadline for questions is Monday, February 13th, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. or questions shall forever be waived. All questions should be directed to Herb Cornelius at [email protected].

The Hattiesburg Convention Commission reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Award of contract is subject to availability of funds.
