The Rapides Parish School Board is seeking Request for Proposals from qualified proposers/contractors who can demonstrate their ability to provide Telephone services throughout Rapides Parish in the District’s schools and support facilities.
Rapides Parish School Board is seeking proposals for telephone service and long distance service for all schools and administrative offices.
Proposal information may be obtained by sending a request to [email protected] or from CentralAuctionHouse.com; fees may be associated with the use of this site.
Sealed proposals will be received in the Purchasing Department (Second Floor of the Rapides Parish School Board Office) 619 Sixth Street, Alexandria, Louisiana, 71301, until 11:00 A.M., June 04, 2018. Proposals received late (proposals arriving after the stated due date and time) will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Proposals must be in a sealed envelope/box and should be clearly marked on the outside with both the proposer’s name and the RFP name: “RFP # 18-74 Telephone Services”.
