St. Mary Commission Water & Sewer Commission No. 4 hereinafter referred to as the “Commission” is accepting Statements of Qualifications for Engineering Services  related  to  the  American  Rescue  Plan  Act  of  2021  (ARPA);  specifically, Water Sector Program (WSP), Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds.  The grant award is in the amount of $6,562,892.00.
