The Work includes new sidewalks, paving, underground drainage, landscaping, concrete foundations, drill shafts, structural steel framing, standing seam metal roof, granular surface spray-in-place silicone/polyurethane foam roofing system, metal wall panels, concrete masonry unit interior & exterior walls, rough and finish carpentry, wood casework, hollow metal frames and doors, curtain wall entrances, framing, and windows, door hardware, glazing, ceramic tile, acoustical lay-in and suspended gypsum board ceilings, acoustical panels, solid surfacing, painting, gypsum board and metal stud walls, plumbing, heating-ventilating-air conditioning, electrical systems, lighting, fire alarm systems and other items shown on plans.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at the Lincoln Parish School Board Office located at 410 South Farmerville Street in Ruston, Louisiana. Owner Telephone (318) 255-1430 and Fax (318) 255-3203. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
