A Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on April 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time), at the Bringhurst Field, 1 Babe Ruth Drive, Alexandria, LA. Attendance to Pre-Bid Site Visit is mandatory for all prime contractors. Bidders must sign the Attendance Sheet that will be provided by the Engineer and certify that they have visited the site and attended the entire visit.
