The LASALLE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD (LPSB) aka “District” is seeking proposals for bundled or unbundled Wide Area Network circuits and Internet Access services for E?Rate Funding 2019- 2020. The District has 12 school and operational facilities including the District Data Center that is currently connected by a fully managed private WAN via fiber and wireless network. (See page 21).

1. Sealed proposals should be delivered to LASALLE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD.
2. Proposals must be received no later than Friday, December 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM (CST)

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting LPSB has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held on Wednesday, October, 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM (CST). All vendors must attend the meeting in person or virtually via a conference call. Vendors must email [email protected] at least 3 working days prior to the event to access the dial in number and passcode. Vendors requesting dial in information the day of the call will be disqualified from bidding. Questions must be sent and received within the timeline listed on page 1 of the event calendar. Questions received after that date will not be answered. LPSB is required to post both this RFP and Form 470 on the USAC EPC Portal site http://www.usac.org/sl/tools/e-rate- productivity-center/default.aspx. In the event that there is a discrepancy between in documentation posted in multiple locations, the controlling (master) document will always be located in the Procurement Office of LPSB. Proposals shall be received at the LASALLE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD on December 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM (CST) located at 3012 North First Street Jena, La. 71342. Late submissions will not be accepted or considered and will be returned unopened. A late submission is considered a disqualifying factor. A Public Bid Opening will follow.
