Repair of three (3) axial flow pumps located at Lake Borgne Basin Levee District (LBBLD) Pump Station No. 6 and structural steel repair and painting associaited with the discharge piping and supports at Pump Station 6 and 7.

Additional Notes/Requirements

Bidders are responsible for attending a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING on Tuesday May 29, 2018 at 9:00 AM (CDT). The conference will be held to allow bidders the opportunity to identify any discrepancies in the bid specifications and seek further clarification regarding instructions. The SLFPA-E will issue a written response to bidder’s questions in the form of an Addendum. The meeting will be held at Conference Room located in Franklin Avenue Administration Building at 6920 Franklin Avenue. Failure to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference will prohibit a bidder from submitting a bid. Additionally, any bidder who arrives after the mandatory pre-bid conference has begun will not be allowed to sign in as evidence of attendance, which will result in the bidder not being recognized as attending the pre-bid conference and therefore, it will not be allowed to bid on the project. In other words, bids shall be accepted only from those bidders who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference in its entirety.
