            The Marshall County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids in the office of the County Administrator, 111 S. Market Street, Post Office Box 219, Holly Springs, Mississippi 38635 or bids may be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com, until 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 5, 2023 and thereafter publicly open them for a new sound system located at the Marshall County Fairgrounds, 1569 Hwy 7 N, Holly Springs, MS.
 
Bid Specifications are on file in the office of the County Administrator -  (662) 252-7903.
 
            The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all formalities in the best interest of the County.
