PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT



The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting bids for furnishing food products to be used by the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex Center for a period of one (1) year effective July 1, 2012, with options to extend for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods not to exceed 36 months. Delivery from stock will be immediately after bid award. Payment will be made within (30) days of delivery.

Interested persons may obtain a bid list on the food products by contacting the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Purchasing Division at (985)876-2500 or (985)857-0341 or online bids are being accepted on www.centralbidding.com

Bids must be sealed and submitted to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, Motorpool Division, 137 Capital Blvd. Houma, Louisiana 70360 no later than 10:00a.m.
May 31, 2012 to Captain David LeBoeuf, Purchasing Agent. Bids received after that time will be returned unopened.

The Sheriff reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any bids deemed not in the best public interest.
