Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office at 1037 Capitol Avenue, Crowley, LA 70526 up to the hour of 10 o’clock A.M., CST on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 for the following:
 Each bid shall be submitted only on the bid form provided with the specifications.  This bid form and the specifications may be examined or obtained from the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office during the office hours from Monday through Friday of any week.  All bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chief Financial Officer of the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office by the above-mentioned time and date.  Bids received after the above specified time for opening shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the sender.  Bids will be evaluated by the purchaser based on the lowest responsible bid submitted in accordance with the specifications.  The Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any portions thereof, to waive any informalities incident thereto, and to select the material that best suits its needs.
