Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the Nation's leader in wetland conservation, is seeking bids for the Altamaha WMA- Butler Island South Quadrant Project located in McIntosh County, Georgia.  We are having a prebid meeting for this project on:

We will meet at the Altamaha WMA Check Station/Maintenance Facility, on US Hwy 17, just south of the Butler River Bridge, south of Darian, GA.
 
 A summary of quantities is shown below and is subject to change prior to release of bid documents:
  Butler Island:
one (1) internal aluminum half round rise, 4,250 lf of dike retopping with borrow from adjacent canal, 660 lf of dike retopping with imported fill, ten (10) field accesses with 20’ x 36” corrugated aluminum pipe and 7,740 lf ditch cleanout and other associated items
 
Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory but is strongly suggested that interested bidders attend.
