Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Lafayette Parish Waterworks District North (LPWDN), Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, in the Conference Room at the Offices of LPWDN at 307 Rue Scholastique, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70507 until Ten o’clock a.m. (10:00 a.m.) on Friday, May 19, 2017, for the construction of:

"WATER PLANT IMPROVEMENTS (2017)
PHASE I – WATER WELL & GROUND STORAGE TANK
for
LAFAYETTE PARISH WATERWORKS DISTRICT NORTH (LPWDN) Lafayette, Louisiana"

at which time bids will be publicly opened. Bids received after the above specified time will be returned unopened to the sender.

The work includes site improvements, fencing, earthwork, drainage work, limestone surfacing, concrete foundations, a metal canopy, drilling of a new water well, new water well pump, a new ground storage tank and foundation, associated electrical work and miscellaneous above ground and below ground piping.

Contractors are requested to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting which will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at ten o’clock am (10:00 am) in the conference room at the Offices of LPWDN at 307 Rue Scholastique, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70507.
