REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE LEASE OF PARCEL “L” LOCATED AT SOUTH SHORE HARBOR MARINA, NEW ORLEANS, LA
LAKEFRONT MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
 
The Lakefront Management Authority (“Authority) hereby issues this Request for Proposal/Qualifications (“RFP/Q”) for the development and subsequent  long-term Ground Lease Agreement of a portion of land described as Parcel “L” at the South Shore Harbor Marina. It is the intention of the Authority to enter into a long – term ground lease of the property with the most qualified proposer whose proposal reflects the best value to the Authority. 
 
A MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD at 10:00 AM CST on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at the New Orleans Lakefront Airport – 2nd Floor Conference Room 6001 Stars and Stripes Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70126. The mandatory pre – proposal conference will include a mandatory visit to the premises to be leased.
 
Only proposals from entities who attend the pre – proposal conference and site visit in their entirety will be considered responsive by the Authority.
