NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The George County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids for the supply of Crushed Limestone and Rip Rap for the upcoming 2023 fiscal year for the County's Road Management in the following manner:

Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, in sealed envelopes at the Office of Procurement, 326 Ratliff Street, Lucedale, Mississippi, or by electronic bid submission. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.
Specifications and procedures are available at the George County Board of Supervisors Administrative Building, at 329 Ratliff Street, Lucedale, Mississippi, during normal business hours at no charge and by email [email protected] and/or from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com for a fee. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. George County reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets from the George County Procurement Office. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to extend the auction date if necessary to complete the hid proposal pre-qualification process.
That all bids must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelopes as instructed in the bid package and delivered to the Office of Procurement at the above address or electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com,.
