The City of Natchez, Adams County, Mississippi, will receive bids for the Commerce Street Sidewalk and ADA Improvements (Main St. to Franklin St.) FAP Project No. STP-6090-00(001) LPA/109134-701000; for a total project length of 0.083 miles, no later than 10:00 A.M., Local Time, Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the Natchez City Hall located at 124 South Pearl St., Natchez, Mississippi, 39120 at which time said bids will be publicly opened, read aloud and thereafter taken under advisement until the next meeting of the Natchez Mayor and Board of Alderman.
The work shall consist essentially of the following items: Update sidewalks to ADA standards along Commerce Street, from Main Street to Franklin Street including the installation of eight (8) new architectural light poles and power pedestals.
The above general outline of features of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials required by the specifications and the drawings referred to therein.

The City of Natchez, Adams County, MS hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged and women’s business enterprises will be afforded the full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, age, disability, religion or national origin in consideration for an award.
