The Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority – East (Flood Protection Authority) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from which to select a firm to provide Engineering Services for a feasibility report / assessment to provide a flood protection system for the New Orleans Lakefront Airport which would bring it into the existing Hurricane and Storm Damage Risk Reduction System.

Additional information pertaining to this RSOQ can be found on the Authority’s web site at www.floodauthority.org under the Business tab - RFQ. Questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted in writing to Mr. Ryan Foster, P.E., SLFPAE at [email protected] no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 4, 2019. All submitted questions along with the Authority’s responses will be posted on the Authority’s website no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, September 9, 2019.).

The submittal documents must be delivered in a sealed envelope or box that must be clearly identified on the outside as “Request for Statement of Qualifications – New Orleans Lakefront Airport Flood Protection Feasibility Study / Assessment”.
