We are seeking qualified suppliers to provide and install this equipment at our facility.
 
Project Scope:
The scope of this project involves the procurement and installation of a state-of-the-art commercial grade kitchen 36” cook top, fryers, hood system, and refrigeration systems at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum. The equipment should be designed to handle the high-volume needs of a commercial kitchen, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective cooking capabilities.
 
Bidding Information:
Interested bidders are requested to provide comprehensive proposals for the purchase and install of all new commercial concession stand cook stations, including all necessary peripherals, such as plumbing connections, electrical requirements, and any other components needed for the successful operation of the equipment.
 
Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Technical specifications and compliance with project requirements. Quality and reliability of the equipment proposed. Pricing, including the cost of the unit, installation, and any additional services. Warranty and after-sales support offered by the supplier. Supplier's experience and track record in delivering similar projects.
