St. Charles Parish Public Schools (“SCPPS”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to assist SCPPS in the sales of alcoholic beverages at all non-school events at the Lafon Arts Center. Proposals are to be submitted electronically or hard copy.

All proposals will be accepted until 12:00 noon local Central Time on Thursday, November 17, 2022. All proposals received will be taken under advisement as submitted by the assigned date and time at SCPPS. All requirements must be addressed in your proposal. Non-responsive proposals will not be considered. Failure to follow these instructions could result in disqualification of the proposal. SCPPS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

SCPPS is seeking to create a strategic partnership with a catering vendor to provide the following:

• Provide beer, wine, and specialty cocktails at all events proposed by the Lafon Arts Center’s annual calendar that are not affiliated with an SCPPS school.
• Provide staffing to transport, set up, sell, and clean up all alcoholic beverage service consumable materials. No alcoholic beverages can be stored at the Lafon Arts Center between events.
• The Lafon Arts Center has Square POS systems that can be used. However, you must sign into your own account.
• A report of sales and expenses will be provided to the Lafon Arts Center within 48 hours of the event.
• A percentage of sales net of expenses from each event will be paid to the Lafon Arts Center within a week of each event by company check.
• Maintain a valid liquor license compatible with St. Charles Parish regulations.
• Note: No employee with chosen vendor can also work for the Lafon Arts Center or St. Charles Parish Public Schools at the same time.
