REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP 24-36)
FOR
TURNKEY PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF LED SCOREBOARD AT
PINEVILLE HIGH SCHOOL
 
Proposals should be in a sealed envelope/box, clearly marked with the following:

Sealed proposals will be received from qualified proposers until July 1, 2024 at 11:00am.   Late proposals arriving after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
 
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at Pineville High School – Football Field on June 13, 2024 at 9:00am. Proposals will not be accepted from vendors having not attended this meeting.
