INVITATION TO BID
 
Magnolia Regional Health Center will accept sealed bids in the office of Brian Davis, Director, Information Technology; at 611 Alcorn Drive, Corinth MS 38834, until the 28th day of April, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. C.S.T.  At which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Executive Conference Room for the purchase of: Remote Patient Monitoring solution comprised primarily of a system that provides a live feed from vital monitoring peripherals located in the patient home, to monitor 50 patients per month with scalability to grow to 250 patients per month over time.
 
Specifications for said bid are on file and may be obtained from the MRHC Office of Brian Davis, Director, Information Technology. Contact Brian Davis by email at [email protected].
 
It shall be incumbent upon the bidders to understand the specifications.  Any request for clarification shall be in writing and shall be submitted to the office of Brian Davis, Director, Information Technology, at least (6) days prior to the time and date set for the bid opening.
 
Bids shall not contain an escalator clause or other provision whereby the bid price is indefinite and any such provisions included in the bid shall be deemed waived by the bidder entering such bid.
 
Bids should be addressed to Magnolia Regional Health Center, 611 Alcorn Drive, Corinth, MS 38834-Attention: Brian Davis, Director, Information Technology.  Bids are to be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope- Remote Patient Monitoring Solution.
 
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the designated time for the receipt of the bids. The award, if any, will be made to the lowest and best bidder.
