NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Jefferson Davis Parish School Board, 203 E. Plaquemine Street, Jennings, LA, 70546 until two (2:00) o’clock p.m., Monday, July 15, 2024 at which time the sealed bids will be publicly opened and read for the following:
GASOLINE AND DIESEL OFF SITE MOTOR FUELS
Neither excise nor sales tax should be included in the bid price. Detailed bid specifications and bid forms for the above may be obtained by calling or writing to Christin LeGros, Director of Finance, Jefferson Davis Parish School Board, 203 E. Plaquemine Street/P.O. Box 640, Jennings, LA 70546 or 337-824-1834.
Bids and required certification documentation must be sealed and the envelope marked: “GASOLINE AND DIESEL OFF SITE MOTOR FUELS, MONDAY, JULY 15, 2024 AT 2:00 P.M.”
The contract term shall be for two years commencing upon School Board approval and bid award and ending June 30, 2027.

The Jefferson Davis Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities incident thereto.
