Notice: Prospective bidders are hereby given notice that written Sealed Bids will be received by Rankin County Board of Supervisors (RCBOS) from Wednesday, December 13, 2023 through Thursday, January 4, 2024, 10:00 AM:

Stream & Wetland Mitigation Credits
Bid No. 24-300-10
Scope: RCBOS is soliciting bids from Mitigation Banks under CWA Section 404 within the Middle Pearl-Strong Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 03180002 for a four (4) year term, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Qualified bidders must be able to provide credits for:
·         Freshwater forested wetlands (3 credits anticipated) and/or;
·         Jurisdictional streams (3530 credits anticipated).

Submission: Submit sealed paper bids to Rankin County Board of Supervisors, 211 East Government Street, Suite A, Brandon, MS 39042. Submit Electronic bids to https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/rfpc10423-rankin-county.html
Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud Thursday, January 4, 2024, 10:00 AM at the Rankin County Board of Supervisors, 211 East Government Street, Suite A, Brandon, MS 39042.
Questions: Questions and inquiries shall be submitted by email to [email protected] by Friday, December 29, 2023, 12:00 AM CST for general bids.
Award: Purchase orders will be issued to qualified bidders based on the lowest unit cost until requirements are satisfied or depletion. RCBOS expects to require credits from multiple vendors, and no single qualified bidder must provide all credits anticipated. RCBOS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award Contracts in a manner that best serves its interest. Bidders waive all claims for damages against RCBOS concerning any failure or decision not to accept the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after Thursday, January 4, 2024, 10:00 AM.
