Contractor will erect the metal building specified above, There are two (2) Alternates that will require pricing by the Contractor. ALL in accordance with Plans and Specifications prepared by R M Primeaux P.E. Civil Engineer dated July 7, 2011.

There are two (2) Addenda published August 3, 2011 that accompanies the Plans and Specifications.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held 10:00 am CDT, Wednesday August 3, 2011 (only attendees at
this meeting can submit sealed bids). Sealed bids are to be received at 10:00 am, CDT on
Wednesday, August 10, 2011 (which has been changed by Addenda # 1 to read 10:00 am,
Thursday, August 11, 2011).
