You are invited to give a quote on the above referenced project.  The quote form, plan drawings and specifications are attached, If you are interested, you may email your quote to:  [email protected]  or  [email protected] or if you prefer, you may hand deliver your quote to 225 Hwy 309 S., Byhalia, MS  38611 in a sealed envelope marked Quote for Natural Gas Regulator Station, Town of Byhalia, Mississippi. Also, you may submit your quote through Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.   Quotes are due no later than Thursday, September 1, 2022 @ 10:30 a.m..
        
The Regulator Station is to be delivered to the Wingo Road Trunkline Regulator Station located at 1151 Wingo Road, Byhalia, MS.
 
No Bid Bond, Performance Bond or Payment Bond will be required; however, the successful Bidder will only receive payment after the Regulator Station is delivered to the site and the final invoice is submitted and approved for payment by the Town of Byhalia Board of Alderman. 
 
The Town of Byhalia reserves the right to reject any and all quotes or award the contract to the lowest and best quote.
 

Additional Notes/Requirements

Any quotes that exceed $50,000.00 must include the contractor certificate of responsibility number.
