SCOPE OF WORK
 
The General Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, insurance and taxes necessary to perform the work as described below. All work shall be done by competent workers, skilled in the trades required for the work being performed. This Bid Package is for a Storm Sewer Replacement and Ditch Reshaping.
 
 
Base Bid includes installation of three (3) 36” diameter x .5 WT C.S Pipe, head wall, concrete revetment, reshaping approx. 50 LF of trapezoidal Ditch, 230 SQ YDs of Rip Rap, cleaning and filling three (3) 36” diameter CMP .
 
Alternate 1 includes reshaping approximately 556 LF of Trapezoidal Rip Rap Lined Ditch, Removal of approximately 42 LF of 24” diameter PVC and 21 LF of 24” diameter PVC.
 
Alternate 2 includes reshaping approximately 535 LF of Grass Lined Trapezoidal Ditch.

A Mandatory Pre?Bid Conference of Prime Bidders was held at 10:00 A.M. on March 8, 2016 in the Port’s at 2425 Ernest Wilson Drive Office, Port Allen, Louisiana, 70767. If your company was not represented at the meeting, you cannot submit a bid.
