Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at 160 East Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, New Roads, Louisiana until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2018 and then publicly opened and read for the purchase of the following for one (1) year:
 
·         Cold Mix Asphalt
·         Cold Mix Asphalt - MS-9 (1/80) Type B1 Expanded Clay Aggregate
 
Bidder on cold mix to quote price delivered at Maintenance Facility.
 
Bid to be submitted in sealed envelope marked "BID--ASPHALT”
 
All asphalt products must meet Louisiana State Department of Transportation and Development, Office of Highways latest standard specifications.
